  • Project requirements and risk mitigation strategies associated with these key areas: Procurement & Production Planning, Inventory, Logistics and Distribution, Supplier Scorecards, Retuns Management, Efficiency Improvements
  • Project Management and Control and Communication Tools.  
  • Change Management Strategy and Tools 
  • Strategies for assessing the effectiveness of change. 
Module 3:   Optimizing your ERP:   40 hours 

Enterprise resource planning (ERP) is the integrated management of core business processes mediated by software and technology. ERP is typically a suite of integrated systems which collect, store, manage, interpret data, and track business resources. This module explores how ERP systems must be used consistently and collaboratively in organizations, which includes:  

  • Organizing Data 
  • Assessing Data, ERP functionalities,  
  • Precision Data and Inventory 
  • Implementing Classifications 
  • Custom Reporting  
  • Automating Processes  
  • Integration 
Module 4:  Internal System Rebranding:   40 hours  

Building a “One System” Dashboard:  A multi-department company operating in silos or a tech stack will experience more efficiencies using a structured Intranet that links to existing programs. This module will cover:
